Adsorbent for arsenic removal 'READ-As' can also be used to secure drinking water.

Can be processed as is in both trivalent and pentavalent forms! Less susceptible to the influence of impurities.

"READ-As" is an arsenic removal adsorbent that has passed the leaching test for water supply materials, making it suitable for securing drinking water. Trivalent arsenic, which is highly toxic, could not be treated with conventional adsorbents or iron co-precipitation methods without prior oxidation to pentavalent arsenic. However, this product can treat both trivalent and pentavalent forms directly. It is less affected by commonly present components such as silica, excluding phosphorus, and maintains high performance. 【Features】 ■ Can handle both trivalent and pentavalent arsenic ■ Less susceptible to the influence of impurities ■ Reusable through regeneration treatment (regeneration is available at our factory) ■ Usable for drinking water treatment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Arsenic treatment technology: Adsorption method

Essential for treatment to meet the water supply standard! An effective method for arsenic removal from well water.

We would like to introduce our recommended technology, the "Adsorption Method" for arsenic treatment. This technology removes arsenic from water by passing the target water through a tower filled with an adsorbent. Our arsenic removal adsorbent "READ-As" has numerous achievements both domestically and internationally, and can be used not only for well water treatment but also for factory wastewater treatment and mineral water production. (We offer regeneration at our factory.) Please feel free to consult us when you need our services. 【Benefits of Treatment with the Adsorption Method】 ■ Stable treatment is possible ■ Low operational costs ■ No waste generated on-site ■ Easy maintenance ■ Capable of treating trivalent and pentavalent arsenic without pretreatment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Fluoride removal adsorbent "READ-F(HG)"

Efficient treatment of fluoride! Covers low concentration treatment, which is challenging for sedimentation processing.

"READ-F(HG)" is a fluoride removal adsorbent that can be used for advanced treatment after calcium precipitation, allowing for stable and low-cost processing. It has fine grooves running inside, which enable high performance by allowing penetration through these grooves. By covering low concentration treatment, which is not well-suited for precipitation treatment, it is possible to reduce the amount of chemical agents used and the volume of sludge generated, thereby lowering running costs. Additionally, advanced treatment of fluoride can be achieved by utilizing a coagulant "READ-CX," which allows for low concentration treatment with a small amount of addition. 【Features】 ■ Granular adsorbent with a diameter of approximately 0.7mm ■ Capable of stable and low-cost processing ■ Fluoride adsorbed can be desorbed by flowing alkali, allowing for regeneration and reuse ■ Reduces the amount of chemical agents used and the volume of sludge generated ■ Significantly reduces running costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Fluoride Treatment with Water Treatment Adsorbent 'READ-F(HG)'

Even with many impurities, fluoride removal is possible! Here are examples of continuous processing achieved during regeneration.

We would like to introduce a case where the water treatment adsorbent 'READ-F(HG)' was used for fluoride treatment at a semiconductor factory. In this factory, it was necessary to treat wastewater containing fluoride derived from hydrofluoric acid, and after coagulation and precipitation treatment with calcium, advanced treatment was carried out using the adsorbent. Since wastewater is continuously generated, treatment was conducted using multiple towers, allowing for ongoing processing even during regeneration. Additionally, because it can also be utilized as a safety device, it has become possible to reduce operational costs through extended regeneration cycles. 【Case Summary】 ■Challenges - There was a need to treat wastewater containing fluoride derived from hydrofluoric acid. ■Results - Continuous processing was achieved even during regeneration. - It became possible to reduce operational costs through extended regeneration cycles. *For more details, please refer to the related links or download the materials for confirmation.

[Technical Column] Adsorbents for the Removal of Organic Fluorine Compounds (PFAS)

Developed artificially in the 1940s! Widely used in industrial applications and consumer products.

PFAS refers to a group of compounds known as per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. They were not originally found in nature but were artificially developed in the 1940s. These substances demonstrate stability, such as heat resistance, water repellency, oil repellency, and flame retardancy, which has led to their widespread use in industrial applications like foam fire extinguishers at airports and military facilities, cooling solvents used in semiconductor manufacturing, and metal plating solutions, as well as in consumer products like non-stick frying pan coatings, water-repellent outdoor gear, and food packaging. They repel water and oil, are resistant to heat and chemicals, and do not absorb light. Because they are difficult to break down in the natural environment and tend to accumulate, they are referred to as "forever chemicals." *For more details, please refer to the related links. Feel free to contact us for more information.*
